Back in February I wrote this little rant about the stress I was feeling as I prepared once again to become an ex-smoker. Mostly, I was incredibly tired of hearing from everyone else all the reasons why I needed to quit smoking. Every smoker already knows the reasons why, but that’s hardly ever enough.

Well along came EX, a group that doesn’t waste your time telling you WHY you should quit, but instead offers a free quit plan, along with plenty of information and support on HOW to quit, and how to STAY quit. On top of that, EX teamed up with the Sklar Brothers and Modern Primate’s mothership My Damn Channel to produce the only Twitter roundup show worth watching: The Tweekly News.
